These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) govern the sales of digital products made on the Data Frayeur website .

These Terms and Conditions apply to any order for digital products (Looker Studio dashboards, templates, scripts, associated resources) placed on the Data Frayeur website.
All orders imply full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the customer.
3. Products
The products offered are digital products that can be downloaded or accessed online, including:
- Dashboards Looker Studio
- Templates Notion
- Scripts and related resources
- Possible bonuses (tutorials, checklists, documentation)
The essential characteristics of the products are described on each product page. Images and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.
4. Order
The customer places the order directly on the Data Frayeur website.
The order is considered final after:
- Payment confirmation
- confirmation by email.
Data Frayeur reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a prior dispute with the customer.
5. Price
Prices are shown in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (TTC) at the time of payment, unless otherwise stated.
Data Frayeur reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one in effect at the time of the order.
No additional fees will be charged after purchase.
6. Payment terms
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
The accepted payment methods are those offered by the payment platform used (bank card, etc.).
Transactions are secured by the payment provider. Data Frayeur never has access to the customer’s bank details.
7. Delivery of digital products
Since the products are digital:
- No mailings are made.
- Access to the product is provided immediately after payment, via a download or access link.
In case of access problems, the customer can contact support at the address provided.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and the Spanish Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately after payment and whose execution has begun with the express agreement of the customer.
By confirming their order, the customer:
- acknowledges that the product is digital content,
- accepts its immediate delivery.
- expressly waives their right of withdrawal.
No refunds will be issued after access to the product.
9. Use of the products
The products are intended for professional or personal use.
Unless otherwise stated, the purchase entitles the customer to:
- a non-exclusive right of use ,
- non-transferable
- without the right to resell or redistribute.
Any reproduction, distribution, sale or making available to third parties without written authorization is strictly prohibited.
Dashboards can be used for end clients as part of a service (e.g. agency, freelance), but cannot be resold as standalone products.
10. Intellectual Property
All content offered by Data Frayeur (dashboards, scripts, texts, visuals, trademarks) is protected by copyright.
Any reproduction, in whole or in part, without authorization is prohibited and may result in legal action.
11. Responsibility
Data Frayeur is committed to providing products that conform to their description.
However, Data Frayeur cannot be held liable in the event of:
- misuse of the products
- due to a configuration error by the client,
- malfunctions of third-party tools (Google, Looker Studio, GA4, etc.),
- of SEO or business results not achieved.
Dashboards are decision-making tools and in no way constitute a guarantee of performance.
12. Support and assistance
Support is offered for:
- problems accessing the product,
- questions related to installation or basic use.
Support does not cover:
- complex customizations,
- consulting or auditing services.
13. Personal data
The personal data collected during the ordering process is used solely for:
- order management,
- customer relations,
- sending product-related information.
In accordance with the GDPR, the customer has the right to access, rectify and delete their data.
14. Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.
Failing that, the competent courts will be those of the seller’s domicile, unless otherwise provided by law.
15. Amendment to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Data Frayeur reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The applicable terms and conditions are those in effect on the date of the order.
